Communication

• We will use your e-mail to respond appropriately. This may be to respond to you, to address issues you identify, to further improve our website, or to forward the e-mail to another agency for appropriate action. We do collect personal information directly from individuals who volunteer to use some of our services. Collection of this information is required to deliver the specific services, but the use of these services is voluntary.
• The information we automatically collect or store is used to improve the content of our web services and to help us understand how people are using our services. This information does not identify you personally and is used for gathering website statistics. The information we automatically collect and store in our logs about your visit helps us to analyze our website to continually improve the value of the materials available. Our website logs do not identify a visitor by personal information.

Cancellations

• Rescheduling or appointment changes made before 72hrs in advance allows our team the opportunity to accommodate other clients and will be greatly appreciated. Cancellations made with less than 72hrs notice will be subject to a charge of 100% deposit or if paid in full amount of the service fee. No-show appointments are subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the service appointment type. If Caitlin needs to cancel for any reason you will be refunded your 100% deposit amount.

Late Arrivals

• To ensure the promptness of all appointments we reserve the right to reschedule any client that is 25 minutes late or later to another convenient time. We will always do our best to accommodate our guests however, we can only do what we can with the time available.

Redo

• WrightWayExtensions LLC stands firmly behind all of its salon services. If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your service please contact us immediately so we can remedy the situation. Tweaks and adjustments will be honored for three days of the date of service.

Returns/Refunds

• Services - Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, we will work tirelessly to ensure you are satisfied.
• Products - WrightWayExtensions LLC proudly stands behind all of its products carefully recommended. Should you find dissatisfaction with any of these products purchased at WrightWayExtensions LLC, we will gladly apply the full value of the returned product to another product of your choice if returned within 14 days from date of purchase.
• Items - All Sales of hair brushes, combs, hair accessories (clips, hair bands, etc.) and extensions/wigs are final. No returns and no exchanges. Custom Wig units can be refunded if you change your mind and is unworn, lace uncut, and has a receipt within 14 days from date of purchase.
